Quest - Raid leader would never go beyond the first boss in Ulduar. At that time Ulduar was the highest raid anyone could do.

Reborn - Wasn't getting hardly any raiding time and I was online more than anyone else. Still friends with those guildmembers!

Well his experience is limited and this is obvious, but I think he has already proven himself to be a dedicated player as well as loyal to the guild. Second person also to get our secret question correctly. He seems to be on quite a bit, he would be a prime candidate for a raider slot. I believe with time he could be comparable to the dps and player quality of Pacox. I would say give him a chance, put him on probation, and we can really see what he is made of.

I agree. Bane is fun to talk to and is always on in the ass ends of the morning to talk when guild chat is slow. I can also agree on that he is on quite a bit and seems that he would have excellent raid attendance, and experience will come with time.

Banesend is a great dedicated player. He seems to have stayed true to this guild despite not raided with us yet. He is always online and his professions come in handy, He likes to keep the conversation going and he listens to directions. I ran a pug ToC25 with him last week, even with a lower gearscore he managed to hold his dps and carry himself. He learned the new content quicker than most that I have seen. I think, within my opinion, he would be a great continued addition to <Chaos Theory>

He has done very poorly in our raids, not dps but play style. These things do not feel like they can be fixed at all.

He did fine in the ToC25 I ran with him, if you cant see spikes coming towards ice, you are the dumb one, just imo
